Inspect, Repair/Replace rusted internal/fascia gutter

We are in need of a plumber or roofing specialist who is able to repair or replace some rusted gutters. I have tried contacting a few companies, and would really appreciate some assistance. There are few that won't touch our gutters. It is a Taylor-Fascia guttering system, we have a rusted gutter by the entrance of the front door that is allowing rainwater to leak into the roof cavity above the front door, in addition to this ... after heavy rain, water is leaking down the sides of the house, so may have to inspect the rest of the gutters to make sure they are in decent condition. We are currently in a rental in Torbay, the landlord has asked us to find someone to help
