repair timbers, clean repaint roof, clean gutters

It is a single level house. There are 3 jobs: 1) On the roof, there are some timbers and facias need to be either repaired or replaced (depends on each conditions) , and repaint. 2) To clean all the gutters inside and outside. 3) To replace all rusty or lifting nails and caps on roof, rust-stopping the rusty roof spots, wash, primer and repaint the roof. Note: The photos do NOT show ALL the roof, ALL gutter, ALL timbers. They just give you a rough idea. You will need to visit site and have an accurate look. I prefer the work to be done sooner than later, so please let me know your work timeline. I require you have public liability insurance and the workmanship warranty. (If this website does not show you have the insurance, but you actually have one, please send to me).
