Longrun Roof Repairs - Leaking in several places

This property is rented. The roof is painted Longrun. The tenants have reported that there are significantly amount of leaks and drips in the roof. they said it is quite severe. It drips such a lot and with just a fast rate in the roof that it is keeping them awake at night. I am concerned as to where all that water is going to, so it might be building up dampness. I would say the roof would need to have the some screws replaced and the end cap flashing removed and looked at to see what’s happening underneath and properly be secured or replaced. The sunroom is also leaking. This is not the main priority but it would also be good to receive a quotation to get it fixed
