Repair gutter at joint

On the second level guttering, there is a join , and the join appears to have been displaced, which leads to a waterfall of outside our front door. The job is to assess the issue, and repair it. We are keen to get it fixed quite quickly as when it rains and is windy the wind blows into our front door and sometimes into the house.
