On the underside of the bulkhead on the ceiling in a bedroom, there WAS a leaking stain spot of 25mm diameter size ( I did NOT have the photo of this stain.). The leaking spot seemed possibly being caused by a tiny leakage slow dripping from the roof for the long time. I have painted on this stain, so you won't see it any more. In the indoors photo, I hold a timber stick to point at the rough location of the stain spot was (the shadow in photo is just a shadow, NOT that leaking spot). I have measured, the leaking spot is roughly 2.9 meters away from the gable eaves. I suspect there could be a tiny leakage on the roof either above or nearby that water stain spot(could be a rusty nail or tiny crack, etc.).Hence, you may want to start with checking the small area of roof above the stain, then extending to check nearby areas of the roof above that bedroom, until you find the leaking spot on the roof. The house has two levels, the bedroom is on the second level. One outdoor photo shows the roof height of this bedroom. The roof is early 1980’s decramastic tiles(metal tiles). Another outdoor photo just gives you some idea what the house roof material looks like. But you do NOT need to check the whole roof. This house is just newly renovated. I prefer a company that has the public liability insurance and workmanship warranty. I would like your quote and your estimated starting date for this job.
