Our corrugated iron garage roof has rusty areas and also a leak. It has damaged the beam causing mold. I've tried silicone repairs a few times now as the nails holding the roof on are brittle and some are loose. We need someone to come around and look at the job and quote for either repairs or a new roof altogether.
