Replacing gutter outlets and re-aligning gutters

Previous owner replaced the gutters but kept all but one of the old outlets that connect the gutter to the downpipes. The old outlets are too small and the gutter overlaps the outlet in at least one corner. Gutters are also not angled down to the outlets properly, so water holds at the wrong end or in the middle. Note the home is split level, so a couple of sides are reasonably high up - see photos.
