Replace/Repair Exterior Spouting

Work is to repair or replace ~8m of spouting depending on suitability. Single corner, straight roofline otherwise. Also add a stopper at property boundary to prevent overflow from other properties. Some stormwater handling holes were cut into existing spouting to handle overflow back up into roof cavity during recent storms.
