Skylight repair at Oteha

Possibly after flooding/ cyclone happened in Auckland, water started dropping from the ceiling around skylight area as shown in the photos. This a 2 level townhouse, plaster built in 1999 with coloursteel Tile roof. Happy to email you the building inspection report done on the property for more technical information if it's helpful. Building inspector suggested that roofer needs to fix the skylight box from the roof side and then the gib board needs to be replaced inside. Happy to answer any more questions you may have.
