Repairs to edges of the cast iron sheets where they have turned up or buckled in places. There is a leak through the apex of the roof which has left a watermark on the hatch door up to the attic space. Water is also coming in through one side and staining can be seen on the inside wall/ceiling. I am attaching a few photos - some of them are the same part of the roof from a different angle.
