Clean leaves and Reconnect the Gutter

The gutter wasnt take care for a while and the disconnection appears before the end of drainning pipe. Looking for a smart solution to give a temperory cheap fix (could last of several years ) plus gutter clean. We cant afford expensive scaffold set up and relay of new gutter, as the house might be removed in future for new construction. We need SMART solution in a FAIR cost, We respect the effort made for the job and would like to pay for what its worth of.
