Replace ridge cap Install back tray flushing with new dektite Replace barge boards (x4), or repair if it does not replacement including paint Replace loose nails with new nails or screws Waterblast roof Repaint with 2-3 coats of roof paint Treat roofs with anti-rust with 2 coats Roof is single level or storey, approx. 85 sq-mtrs. only Gutter and downspouts might (not sure) need some repair Please inspect before quoting
