New flashing was installed 2 years ago. The flashing installation was not properly done. Either the sealant was improperly installed or the wrong type was used. The 3x10 metre section needs to be opened up and resealed properly. Roof pitch is 40 degrees, but access is good. Gabrielle was not kind to the leak area. Need to get re-seaed before winter rains become more persistent.

Doug was very thorough and detail oriented in his inspection and follow up. He was also safety conscious, which we appreciated. He solved our leak problem, which had been ongoing for months.
