Small Roof area / Flashing rivet repair / Gutter check / clean and sealant

Have a water leak into coming into room under chimney and gutter area after heavy rain. Unsure of cause. Noticed a few rivets missing on two flashing either side of chimney. Probably wind. Flashing needs a clean and sealant in places, if necessary. Also require new bracket repair. A check of gutter areas for possible additional issues. Someone who also knows about gutters would be ideal.
