Roof leak

My 2nd story decromastic roof is leaking as water is entering the downstairs room's ceiling. I have been up to take a look and cannot see anything obvious, the gutters look pretty clean too but they are hard to get a proper look at. I am going to also need the ceiling inside (40sqm fixed/replaced) and painted (but I might raise a separate job for that depending on how this one goes). Insurance needs a quote and evidence of the leak before proceeding with the repairs so you must please be a registered contractor. Thanks.
