Valley Gutter Problem

We have a valley gutter that has overflowed in one area only 2 or 3 times over the last few years.It needs assessment and,probably,a waterproof membrane in that area.It has just had gutterguard installed.The problem is approximately 2 metres in from the far end of the gutter.
