Advice on possible roof remediation

I have a 1970 small house. The roof has been redone some 15 years ago but is starting to show signs of wear. I would like to get an opinion what, if any, needs to be done to restore it to a status that will fit the age and look of the house. I do not live at this house and kindly ask if it is possible to meet over a weekend, or after 6pm while its daylight. I may be able to meet on a Friday during the day.
