Remove chimney flashing & patch

Hi! We have removed our fireplace and need to remove the chimney outer from the colourbond roof, and replace the sheet or reflash to make watertight. The current flashing is leaking around the outside of the chimney so needs to be replaced anyway. The work is on the single story section of the house, access is reasonably good. Happy to send more photos if needed
