Replace Spouting and Down Pipes of whole house

My spouting, down pipes are in need of repair in quite a few places. I'm thinking that it might just make sense to replace the whole lot. I live in a 3 bedroom 1970's bungalow. The floor area of the house is 110 m2. My house is located on a step section, and parts of the house are 2 stories high. I'm not in too much of a hurry to get it done as long as its completed by the start of winter.
