I have a small 3 bedroom town house with a long run coloursteel roof, of typical residential low profile trapexoidal profile. Over the last 15 years or so, several small leaks become obvious from patches of the ceiling appearing to have a damp look during winter. These have been remedied by looking for slightly proud or skewed roof nails and hitting the nails in slightly further. It's an ongoing process and I would like to have someone replace all the nails with screws as a long term solution. It is a small 3 bedroom house, single level on a gently sloping section.
