Roof repaint and some roof repair

Not sure of the general condition of the roof, but would likely need some new sealant on the nails, replace ridge cap and possibly barge boards. Repaint roof. Ideally while the weather is generally better, summer. No interior leaks, so the roof must still be in relatively good condition. The house is single storey or bugalow, no more than 90sqm, with longrun GI roofing. Interested parties ideally must inspect.
