Blocked gutter

I need quote for someone to inspect and clean/unblock our roof gutters. With all this rain it is overflowing in 2 places. I suspect it is blocked by a toy my son threw up on the roof. The house is on a slope, so half is 1 level, half is 2 levels. Please provide me with your price and availability.
