In heavy downpours water runs down the inside of the master bedroom window. A few years ago there was a leak in the same area which was caused by debris accumulating under overlap. The current leak may be the same problem or perhaps a rust hole. The other leak is not so much an issue. On the ridgeline on the south side of the roof the capping is rusty in places and might need replacing. At this stage the leak above the bedroom is the important issue

I live in Nelson, so haven't seen the work. But Pine sent before and after photos, which show quality work. He kept me informed through phone calls, messages and photos and also communicated with the house occupant.
