Full inspection of all Gutters / Downpipes of 54 x homes within complex. Plus Roof Inspection of all homes. Roof is some sort of metal tile that bends as soon as you stand on it. Need someone who can think outside of the box for access. About 14 units 3 story. Maybe a drone inspection at first?
