Roof extractor fan outlet for rangehood

We have installed a new kitchen and are looking for a roofer to help us install an extractor fan outlet for our range hood that goes out through the roof. Our roof is flat corrugated iron with a slight incline - there is access available to the attic area. *House photo roof angle is exaggerated due to wide angle lens. Also need an old and disconnected pressure pipe (visible in photo on a lean) and a sky dish removed from roof.
