Hello, we received the below in our building report and would like a quote to address please: Spouting and Internal gutters (internal with no overflow ports) Galvanized, and PVC spouting all appears in good condition other than: 1. Recommend clearing debris out of spouting now and on a regular basis and make any necessary repairs as required to extend the life of the product. 2. Recommend internal gutter over garage on north side has leaf guard installed to prevent blockage. 3. Elevated moisture reading in one area in north-west garage corner. Possibly in-ternal gutter area of firewall. Further investigation required. Thank you.
