roof patching / sealing skylight / replacement IF NECESSARY 2

70 sqrm appr. house. a few spots need to be patched incl. close to the air con unit and the skylights. will consider replacement if necessary or will just patch a few spots. also guttering needs to be REPLACED if you provide the service or we will post another job later will look at possibly changing materials if there are better roofing options. we will still be living here if possible would prefer to be done by beginning of Jan IF POSSIBLE.
