roof inspection/report required for insurance and subsequent repair work

Recently had a leak in house started last week during the heavy rain , we are unsure where its coming from exactly but roof obviously needs inspecting and report required to send to our assessor to process the insurance claim. Some slight water damage inside on the roof join but not too bad from what we can see.
