Commercial Roofer for Building Repair Work

Commercial Roofer required for leaking roof of large commercial warehouse/office building in Rosedale, Auckland. Low level roof with the decro mastic roof tiles is an after thought addition and hasn’t been installed correctly. Cladding rails need to be set up to allow an apron flashing to be installed to go from behind the wall cladding and over the tiled roof. We have been advised we need to have steel erectors. Belt and braces fix is to install new cladding rails behind the cladding to allow the wall cladding to be cut and an apron installed.
