Hello, we have a tree dropping a lot of leaves in Autumn and blocked gutter fitted along two sides of the house. Leng --- side gutter A (Image 1): 4700mm - with one downpipe East side gutter B (Image 1): 9632mm - with one downpipe West side gutter (Image 2): 14780mm - with one downpipe It was raining heavily yesterday. I saw that West side gutter was overflowing. I checked all three gutters and found leaves in East side gutter A and West side gutter. What we need: 1. Remove leaves from East side gutter A and West side gutter 2. Unclog the downpipe(s) 3. Check if the under floor drain pipe connected to the gutters are clogged. If so, unclog, please. 4. Install gutter guard to keeps out leaves and debris. Please note that this is a small single storey house on an extremely flat land. You can easily access the gutters (by a ladder) and the under floor drain pipe (through the basement entry). Image 7 is the under floor drain pipe. Image 8 is from the property file. I got all the measures above from it. They should be 100% accurate. The gutter is uPVC. The roof is steel. When contact, please let me know: 1. How much it is likely to cost? 2. Do you think the under floor drain pipe is clogged? We are a trust who holds a few rental properties. Our long-term plumber recently moved to Australia. So the person who completes this job for us will have regular gutter maintenance works / other plumbing works from us for this property and the other properties. We are looking for long-term corporation and this job is just the start. Thank you very much in advance. Marvin
