Reroof 3 bdrm home

Hi, need to reroof our 2 story 3 bedroom home in beach haven before winter. Currently tiled roof we would like to replace with a coloursteel roof. We’d like to insulate the roof at the same time, but we can do this ourselves. We’ve had a quote for $18.5k all inclusive (removal, scaffolding, materials etc.) with 3 days on site plus a 10 yr workmanship warranty and standard coloursteel warranty. I’ve attached photos from the recent real estate listing for reference.
