Replace existing membrane roofing

We are looking for quotes to replace perished membrane roofing on 70s townhouse. Membrane roofing is on garage plus 3 dormers and partial over conservatory - these are marked in red in the overhead photo. The rest of the roof is asphalt shingles in good repair and does not need replacing. Second and third photos are of garage roof. Current membrane is perished, and split and on garage suffers from pooling. Has split in at least two locations resulting in leaking. Is not installed to current specifications around barges/fascias and quote will need to allow for supply of timber etc to meet spec.
