When there is very heavy rain we get a small leak from the roof in the lounge. We have removed the plasterboard in the lounge and kept and eye on it for a few weeks and it always happens under very heavy rain ( not normal rain). Anyway we need the leak repaired but not the whole roof! Birkdale north Shore.
