Tile roof leak repair

We have noticed that our roof has a flooding issue only in very torrential rain due too 2 internal gutters. The returns need too be made wider too cope with torrential rain and better membrane fitted as butynol nearly had its day .The back area is either or both the long valley may need 2 steep sided trays fitted too cope with torrential rain Al's bottom coarse tiles not in gutter enough fitted flashing or tape with appropriate external flashing tape too prevent water curling under tile into soffit areas and running back into back room
