we need a flashing replaced / fixed under a part of our house that has a metal roof on and the whole roof recoated. Only a small pportion of roof is metal - maybe 1.5m by 75cm - the rest of the roof is tiles - it is about 120sqm house. We also need the plastic broken clearlite portion of the roof replaced.
