Roof maintenance

We have an issue when we get heavy rain. I'm pretty certain that the water is getting into our hallway through the bottom of our window joinery upstairs. I've been into roof cavity and you can see where the water is pooling and leaking through our DVS vent into the hallway. So I don't think its a tile issue more of a joinery issue. But a good roofer would get to the bottom of it quickly. Appreciate this is a small job but happy to pay well to ensure it gets sorted.
