Internal guttering system - modify or replace to deal with leaks

Our house has an internal guttering system. As seems typical for these systems, every time a weather bomb comes through we have water leaking through the insides of certain windows. Interested in getting some guidance on what options we have to fix the issues alongside some quotes. We have two areas of significant concern, plus a couple of other areas which may need a check as well.
