The roof appears to org been red tile then painted grey but lot of grey paint is off. The ends of the ridges in the tiles appear cracked. Would like someone to advise on options. Contractor must have roofing qualifications and experience.

Karl was extremely prompt in communication ie in quotes, answering queries and arranging times to do the work. . He and his two co-workers were kind, considerate and helpfull. The work was promptly done. The roof looks good repaired and repainted.
