Roofing job quote

Just wondering about approx. cost of the below job. Not sure on house size. Generic 3 bedroom house on 604 m2 land, house probably about --- (Pure guess). Cant really take a pick of the roof as my ladder isn't high enough I fear. House was built in the 70's 1] Replace or repair 10 tiles 2] Mask areas requiring protection from overspray 3] Repair cracked/broken hips/ridges & re-point 4] Apply (acrylic?) sealer to bond between substrate & new coating 5] Apply high build concrete basecoats 6] Apply UV resistant topcoat 7] Quote warranty for roof coating Have been quoted what I consider to be a fairly high price, so wanting to check for what the average quote would based upon the info supplied for a alternate quote.
