Copper guttering levelling

Guttering across double garage needs levelling correctly to downpipe which is just around the corner to left hand side. Currently the low point is at middle of garage door. Also, as guttering abuts right up to house causing a moisture problem inside, we think it needs to be taken down (a little cut off end ) and then put back up. If a two person job to take down - husband can help with this.
