URGENT replies needed please - Replacing corrugated iron roof over garage

We are about to sell our house and one of the conditions of the builders report is that we have to get the long run iron over the garage replaced and the flashing etc. The length and width of the area involved is a small single car garage's worth, approx 5m x 3m. The most important thing we need to know is WHEN you can do the work - the sooner the better and we need certainty from you given that we are dealing with a deadline of settlement of our house.
