Repair a small part of the roof

I am getting a canopy put in on the front deck and it is going to be attached to the roof. I am advised that there is a small part in front of the door where is is rotten and needs to be fixed before the shade will attach to that part of the roof. It is just above the front door. Happy for you to come and have a look. I have a contact person at Fresco Shades who I am happy for you to ring to discuss in regards to what is required to be done before they can put up the shade.
