The roof and gutter requires cleaning. It has lichens, grass and plants in the gutter. The roof is also leaking but we can't detect where exactly. We had it inspected by a specialist and he said that there might be some gaps that need to be sealed. Also the gutter has a significant gap in one place and overall is very creaky so might require tightening and/ or repair.
