Rusted Gutter Outlet Needs replacing

I have a rusted gutter outlet that needs replacing, it appears to be OG (old Gothic) but the types available at Bunnings are only slightly different in dimensions. House is a 1960s weatherboard with iron roof. access possible via tall ladder but it is a second level.
