Remove Corrugated Iron Roof for Insulation

Hi, we are looking for a roofer that could lift off our roof and remove the building paper so we can have insulation installed (possibly by another tradie). The roof cavity is too small to access. It has been identified by an insulation tradie that the preciously insulation has not been installed correctly. Its sitting above the ceiling Gib boards on top of the rafters (ineffective for retaining heat) and is possibly touching the building paper and drawing down moisture/ condensation which is leading to mould on the ceiling.
