Repair leak

I have isolated the leak and tried to diy repair which was a short term solution until we could find a repair person. It has now failed and needs to be looked at and fixed asap. I am looking for a fix to this area shouldn't imagine scaffolding or shrink film will be needed,just someone in the waterproofing,shingle repair business. Our house passed all of the building inspections 3 years ago and was a 'dry house. Looking forward to hearing from you. Cheers
