Spouting repairs

Hi, we're looking for someone to repair the spouting in three areas of the house: - Downpipe: The part that connects the downpipe to the spouting that goes underground has a hole in it that leaks into the ground around it. - Gutter on the corner of the roof #1: This one has been damaged before we purchased the house, someone in a moving truck or something has hit the corner piece and smashed it off. Looks like some of the roofing iron may need to be riveted down as well. - Gutter on the corner of the roof #2: Water has been flowing out of it during heavy rain, it appears to be cracked.

Solar Chem did some spouting repair and cleaning and they were friendly, responsive and decently priced. Note that the person who takes your job on Builders Crack isn't the same person who manages the work – you need to ensure that the person who shows up knows what they're doing. Roofing repairs that were clearly outlined weren't done the first time because of this.
