Roof maintenance #2

Looking for some general maintenance work on the roof around this plaster skylight area. Most of the roof was recently replaced in 2018 except for the apron flashings around this skylight, this area is looking like it needs a bit of maintenance before the winter. - Left and right side where the plaster cladding meets the apron flashing currently has some sealant that has dried up and cracked and needs to be re-done. - Across the bottom front face of the plaster, the metal apron flashing currently has the old holes filled in with sealant, the original roofers didn't want to make new holes until we got around to replacing the apron flashing. - There is a plastic strip near the head flashing, not really sure what this is or what its original purpose was but it looks like this area needs some sort of maintenance work although I'm not really sure what's really required here. - There's also a ventilation pipe on the roof that might need the caulking/sealant redone. (Attached photo is old, sealant has dried up since) - A small area of the barge boards highlighted in green currently has some rotting wood that needs to be repaired. Overall , I'm just looking for someone to take a look around this area and provide what ever maintenance is needed here for the winter.
