Remove Extractor hood and hot water overflow, repair roofing

Hi - we need to remove an old extractor hood and our old hot water overflow spout from a tin roof and repair by (I assume) putting down some new roofing sheets or patching the existing roof in these areas. See the attached photo. I think it is galvanised roofing but cannot be certain
