Due to heavy rain and wind on --- we've had a leak in the kitchen roof of our downstairs granny flat. As quoted from our Insurance Assessor's Report: Damage caused by a back blow of water into the ceiling cavity due to extremely heavy rain/winds has entered into the ceiling cavity and tracked along the gib and framing due to there being a slight downward angle to the ceiling. This has exited out light fittings and corner joints allowing it to track down the inside of the walls. We can't proceed with internal repairs until Roof Maintenance Repairs and a Roof Report has been carried out. We need someone that is available now, reliable and able to come through and assess for us and repair ASAP before winter sets in. I have the assessor's report available to send. Please help!
